Question 1:
For the mobile project, some students want to include a precessing wheel w/motor that would have to be initialized. How would that work with presenting / judging? Can a student demonstrate it? Should it be startable with a switch that anyone can use? Since motors are encouraged, how do you envision this playing out?
Answer: The students should not be needed to start the mobile. It should be obvious on how to start the mobile for the judges (such as a switch, push button, etc) and audience.
Question: How heavy are the balls for the Inertia Ball
Answer: 16 pound balls
